The client is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive human resources management system. The solution should feature a centralized database for managing employee records, employment-related documents, position and salary information, workforce planning, organizational hierarchies, organizational charts, and customizable reporting tools.
The system must include automated recruitment and onboarding tools to facilitate every stage of talent acquisition, from job postings and applicant tracking to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Performance management capabilities are also required, including support for employee evaluations, goal setting, continuous feedback, performance improvement, development planning, and succession planning.
Additionally, the proposed platform should offer learning and development functionality, enabling organizations to track employee training, certifications, and manage career development initiatives. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 31, 2026, and all bidder questions should be submitted by April 3, 2026.
