The system must enable seamless collaboration and data alignment between HR and payroll functions, eliminating manual data transfers and providing real-time or near real-time synchronization with payroll systems.
The HRIS should offer a centralized employee record with configurable fields, position management, organizational hierarchy tracking, and document management tied to employee records. Additional requirements include configurable data validation rules, standardized data structures, prevention of duplicate or conflicting records, enforcement of consistent data entry practices, and clear delineation of responsibilities for data ownership.
The solution must facilitate job requisition creation and approval workflows, candidate tracking from application to hire, and provide an intuitive, user-friendly interface that creates visibility into employee data across HR and payroll.
