SUMMARY

Ontario agency seeks a modern HRIS solution to automate and standardize HR and payroll processes, with employee and management portals.

DESCRIPTION

An Ontario agency is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a modern Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The desired solution should automate and standardize a wide range of HR and payroll processes, supporting best practices in human resources management. By adopting a single, centralized system, the agency aims to improve employee productivity, enhance internal controls, and reduce operational complexity through increased automation and decreased manual efforts.

Key requirements include end-to-end tracking of employee information, robust time and attendance management, improved data quality for reporting, auditing, and compliance, as well as standardized HR processes to eliminate shadow systems. The HRIS must offer secure data access controls and maintain high data integrity. Additionally, the solution should provide self-service portals accessible on multiple platforms for employees and dedicated management portals for supervisors to view relevant employee information, such as time and attendance, training records, and performance appraisals. The agency anticipates a contract period of three years.
