The Housing Agency of Ireland is seeking a vendor to implement a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support its HR functions and housing-related initiatives. The agency plays a critical role in advising the government on housing matters, generating housing data for policy makers, supporting housing supply, and implementing schemes aimed at improving affordability and viability.
The desired HRIS should address the full spectrum of the agency's HR needs, including recruitment and selection, onboarding and induction, HR administration and records management, learning and development, staff support, time and attendance tracking, workforce planning, performance management, analysis and reporting, as well as travel and subsistence management. The system must integrate with the agency's existing IT environment and facilitate effective HR operations to promote sustainable and inclusive communities while supporting the agency's broader mission and technical activities.
