The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive human resources information and payroll system. The solution must cover HR management, data administration, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition (including recruiting and onboarding), and talent management.
The system should include robust security measures within the hosting and SaaS environment, ensure payroll accuracy regarding earnings and deduction codes in line with company benefits and compensation structures, and offer a company communication posting feature accessible to users via the web around the clock. Vendors should provide an overview of their integrated reporting tools—highlighting user-friendly, graphical interfaces and point-in-time reporting capabilities—and demonstrate how GL account numbers are mapped within the payroll system.
All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 4, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period.
