DESCRIPTION

A government entity in Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and implement an integrated Human Resources Benefits Administration System. The sought solution should offer robust capabilities, including a highly functional and customizable web platform tailored to the organization's specific benefits offerings. Key features include defined contribution support, seamless carrier connectivity for employee data updates, consolidated billing and carrier payment, bill reconciliation, and dependent verification/documentation services. The system must also support COBRA administration, including identifying eligible participants, delivering initial rights notifications, performing direct billing and collections, and efficiently managing COBRA data exchanges.

In addition, the solution should encompass ACA reporting, support for a comprehensive range of benefit types such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, and voluntary benefits, and accurate calculation of payroll deductions. Essential components include a web-based self-service platform for both employees and administrators, the receipt and management of benefits elections, and communication of payroll data changes. A customer service call center, available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, is also required for assistance and call routing. Interested vendors must demonstrate experience in the successful implementation of integrated benefits administration systems.
