DESCRIPTION


The organization is seeking a comprehensive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) combined with a Workforce Management Solution. The required system should encompass recruitment and applicant tracking linked to approved positions, as well as fully digital contract generation and management. Vendors must provide automated notifications and alerts throughout the recruitment, pre-boarding, probation, and offboarding lifecycle stages.

The solution should offer configurable task tracking with clear visibility of task ownership, completion status, and monitoring. Secure candidate self-service for pre-boarding data capture and document uploads is essential, alongside support for template-based generation of recruitment and onboarding documents with a complete audit trail. The system must also be capable of capturing termination details, including expected and actual leaving dates, and reason codes, as well as supporting electronic signature capabilities such as DocuSign.
