An organization in New Jersey is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll services. The selected vendor will deliver an integrated suite of solutions encompassing human capital management (HCM), including recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, talent management, and benefits administration, ensuring all elements function cohesively.
