An organization in New Jersey is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll services. The selected vendor will deliver an integrated suite of solutions encompassing human capital management (HCM), including recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, talent management, and benefits administration, ensuring all elements function cohesively.
A key component of the engagement is the outsourcing of employee leave management, with the chosen vendor assuming full responsibility for processing leave requests. Additional requirements include HCM reporting, workflow and configuration management, data management and system interfacing, and the provision of robust talent acquisition solutions. Onboarding functionality must facilitate the prompt notification of new hires regarding actions required to complete their integration.
