DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Nevada seeks professional services in human performance and leadership development from psychology professionals or firms. The project centers on consultative support for organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and succession readiness, with the intent to foster a future-focused partnership aligned with long-term continuity, employee well-being, and operational excellence.

Selected consultants will collaborate with agency stakeholders to provide evidence-informed guidance, tools, and insights that leverage existing strengths and promote voluntary professional growth.
