This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) system for an organization in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Respondents are required to outline their solutions and capabilities across multiple areas: Core HR and employee records management, position tracking and control, payroll processing, benefits administration, disability management, time and attendance, leave management, talent acquisition (including Applicant Tracking System), onboarding and offboarding, performance management, labour relations, employee training/Learning Management System, compensation planning, workforce planning and analytics, occupational health and safety, and employee and manager self-service.
Vendors should detail which features are standard, configurable, or require customization. All questions related to the RFI must be submitted by May 7, 2026. This RFI enables organizations to evaluate available HCM systems and their degree of fit for the identified functional areas. Submissions should provide high-level descriptions and clarify how the system addresses each component listed.
