DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide a comprehensive, cloud-native Human Capital Management (HCM) platform for an organization in Ontario, Canada. Requirements include migration of all active and historical employee records from PeopleSoft, and establishing robust API-based interfaces to facilitate automated data flow to Finance and ERP systems. The solution must also support learning management system (LMS) course catalogue management, compliance training tracking, and professional development paths.

Prior to system ingestion, a verified data cleansing report is required to ensure data integrity. Migration of recruitment and talent data from Deltek is also specified. The system should include built-in analytics and reporting dashboards for strategic workforce planning and compliance, enable multi-source data migration and cleansing, and feature a unified configuration and design. LMS deployment and a high-level overview of the proposed solution are expected as part of the implementation.
