The organization seeks to replace its existing human capital management (HCM) systems with a single cloud-based solution that will drive sustainable growth and support its HR strategy. The current HR information systems include ADP Workforce Now, Celaya Xpress, and numerous manual processes.
The desired system must address various HR functions including payroll processing audit, bi-annual PIER balancing, T4 creation, review and processing, time and attendance management (with certification tracking), talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding, as well as comprehensive reporting and analytics.
Vendors are expected to provide a solution that will streamline HR operations, integrate third-party administrative tasks, and enhance the organization's ability to manage workforce data efficiently. Questions about the RFP must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026.
