SUMMARY

HUD OIG is seeking information from vendors for a FedRAMP-certified, cloud-based Audit Management System to replace the current expiring contract and to support audit and evaluation activities.

DESCRIPTION

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Inspector General (OIG) is seeking information from potential vendors regarding a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Audit Management System (AMS). This market research is intended to identify qualified sources, gather SBA size classifications, and inform acquisition decisions for the upcoming procurement of a replacement AMS contract, as the current contract is expiring.

The desired AMS must be a FedRAMP-certified, cloud-based solution compatible with a Microsoft environment. Core requirements include robust template and workflow management, document tracking with version control and chain of custody features, workflow management (including assignments, access controls, and reporting), support for multiple standard file formats, peer collaboration with other Federal OIGs, and offline review capabilities. The contractor will also be responsible for developing and executing a transition plan for migrating existing records and audits to the new platform. The anticipated contract will include a base period of 12 months with up to four additional 12-month option periods.

Interested vendors are requested to provide a written capability statement outlining their qualifications and ability to deliver the outlined services.
