SUMMARY

Nova Scotia seeks a partner for HRIS, AMS, and implementation platform services, including support, integration, and enhancements for SAP-based HR systems.

DESCRIPTION

Nova Scotia is seeking a qualified partner to provide comprehensive services for its Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Application Management Services (AMS), and associated implementation platform. The selected vendor will act as both an implementation and support partner for the HRIS, focusing on services such as support, maintenance, ongoing enhancements, and the strategic evolution of the platform. There is potential for the implementation of additional modules identified within the organization's strategic roadmap, including but not limited to workforce software scheduling, re-evaluation of time and attendance solutions, and integration with S4/HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, Qualtrics, and SuccessFactors modules for succession and development.

Responsibilities include the creation and management of an integrated project schedule, providing expert guidance on solution design with an emphasis on configuring options and minimizing customizations, and advising on solution developments in line with upcoming releases. The partner will also provide configuration and development services for HRIS initiatives, deliver expertise on data migration strategies including archiving and migration, and manage integration development using SAP Cloud Platform Integration for linking various HRIS modules and third-party systems. In addition, the vendor will need to demonstrate how they coordinate with SAP for request management and cover advanced system administration tasks not included in standard SAP support services.

The contract is expected to span a three-year period.
