The organization is seeking continued consulting services for the development and improvement of HR systems. The selected vendor will assist in establishing sustainable structures and processes that align with applicable laws, regulations, and recognized best practices. Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with Arizona state and federal guidelines, recommending new governance policies, and establishing standard operating procedures for critical division functions.
Additional tasks encompass supporting compliance and risk mitigation efforts through the recommendation of internal control best practices, and developing systems to monitor adherence to regulatory requirements. The consultant will also lead training sessions for staff on policy updates, compliance standards, and develop ongoing educational materials. System and process improvement initiatives will include the assessment and enhancement of current operations, recommending updates to technology, data management, and reporting structures, and optimizing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Enhanced recordkeeping practices for employee relations and HR compliance are also expected outcomes.
