An Ontario agency is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated housing services management software solution. This software will support the agency's social housing operations and waitlist management processes by offering comprehensive tools to automate and streamline annual reviews, document handling, client profiles, rent calculation, and unit management for both market rent and social housing units.
The selected software team will collaborate closely with agency leads and staff to assess current processes, provide recommendations, and support implementation. Services will include conducting stakeholder interviews, importing property data, reviewing system processes, and developing a user group and training plan. Training sessions will be provided to ensure users are fully prepared, and the team will facilitate migration to the live environment.
Post-implementation, the software provider will continue to offer support, troubleshooting, and assistance to resolve any issues after the system is live. The contract for these services will span five years.
