The desired system should efficiently streamline the entire housing process, offering a user-friendly student portal that allows students to manage their housing contracts directly. The portal must be customizable, browser-accessible, and optimized for mobile devices or available as a mobile application.
Key requirements include integration with the institution's student information system (SIS) for importing profile data, and compatibility with Transact dining software. The software should feature a thick client user log to monitor and troubleshoot activity, as well as offer the flexibility to create individual billing terms and assignment data as determined by the institution. Additionally, the solution must provide adaptable reporting capabilities, supporting reporting on all available data fields.
