A Pennsylvania university is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated, web-based housing management software solution. The system must support real-time management of residence housing, dining plans, and dining points, covering both mandatory and voluntary options. Key functional areas include housing placement, occupancy reporting, and the ability to deliver a superior user experience for students and end users.
The chosen solution must seamlessly integrate with existing university systems, including Ellucian Banner (student information), TouchNet Information Systems (commerce management), Transact (dining management), LenelS2/OnGuard (door access control), and Brynka (mail services). Data migration from current university applications is required, along with compatibility with other third-party suppliers for information exchange. The software should offer flexible functionality, user-friendly interfaces, and robust accounting and reporting features.
The initial contract period will be five years.
