A vendor is sought to deliver housing-focused outreach services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Pennsylvania. The selected provider will be responsible for active outreach in specific geographic areas, regularly canvassing and engaging with people experiencing homelessness. This includes building relationships with businesses, community partners, and first responders to facilitate program success.
Key responsibilities include offering expanded outreach services in response to the increased population of unhoused individuals in the post-pandemic era. The vendor will be expected to collaborate closely with government agencies, housing providers, and emergency personnel, adopting a coordinated program model. Services will also involve conducting outreach at locations such as libraries, bus and train stations, and other frequented public areas, with availability during traditional business hours as well as some nights and weekends to support real-time response efforts.
