Hotline Advertising Campaign, Website Hosting and Maintenance Service

Louisiana is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive statewide advertising campaign and website hosting and maintenance services focused on human trafficking awareness among commercial drivers. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an educational campaign that informs commercial drivers about recognizing the signs of human trafficking, promotes the Human Trafficking Hotline, and raises overall awareness of trafficking concerns within the commercial driving community.

In addition to campaign development, the contractor will host and maintain the associated campaign website landing page. This includes managing all aspects of website hosting, performing daily backups for data protection, maintaining a valid SSL certificate for secure communications, providing support as needed, and ensuring regular updates to WordPress and related plugins to keep the site secure and functional. The contractor will also be responsible for updating creative assets across various platforms as required, including the website, online ads, billboards, and printed materials.

The advertising campaign will utilize a targeted media strategy with quarterly media buys, which may encompass billboards, gas pump videos, paid social media, connected TV, streaming audio, and in-app video placements. Oversight of the campaign includes monitoring media plan performance, measuring effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics, and reporting progress. The contractor will also oversee media placement, respond to emerging advertising opportunities, and adjust campaign elements as necessary to maximize impact.
