An organization in New Jersey is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a hosted VOIP system, including all necessary hardware and software components. The project scope includes installation and configuration of the hosted VOIP system across multiple locations.
The system must support paging features, allowing users to page through all telephone speakers or to zoned subsets of phones by dialing a designated code. Proposed telephone hardware must be at least equivalent to Polycom VVX 250, 311, 350, 411, or 450 desk phones, and Polycom Sound Point 6000 conference phones. Additionally, telephones must be compatible with Plantronics CS500 series wireless headsets and APP-51 electronic hook switches.
Comprehensive training sessions are required at each location, conducted over multiple days. The vendor must also provide continuous live support, available 24/7 throughout the contract period. The initial term of the contract is one year.
