The State of Michigan seeks a contractor to provide a hosted SaaS software solution and related services for delivering enterprise security awareness training. The solution must include features such as simulated phishing email exercises and be designed to help agencies comply with statutory cybersecurity requirements. The training platform will educate and assess users on cybersecurity fundamentals, ensure consistency across departments, optimize training curricula, and reduce the overall costs associated with conducting security awareness activities at the agency level.
The goal is to increase compliance, reduce security incidents, and enhance the overall security posture of the state’s workforce. The training must include both general security awareness and role-based modules, accommodating the latest browser versions—including mobile browsers—as well as certain pre-existing browsers. The contract period is set for five years, with all questions regarding the RFP required to be submitted by April 27, 2026.
