DESCRIPTION
The State of Maryland is seeking information from vendors regarding a hosted payment processing system. The system should include secure embedded checkout functionality, server-side payment workflows, and integrated refund processing. It must support vaulting of payment methods, robust reconciliation and reporting capabilities, and provide administrative dashboard access. Compliance with all applicable federal security standards is required.
