DESCRIPTION


The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific is seeking qualified vendors to provide Hospital Aseptic Management System (HAMS) services for the 51st Medical Group at Osan Air Base, South Korea. This requirement includes a firm fixed–price, non–personal services contract, with a contemplated performance period from April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and four optional one-year extensions. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of housekeeping and hygiene management in the medical facility to ensure ongoing compliance with health and government regulations.

To qualify, contractors must have at least two years of recent experience in healthcare housekeeping and hold a valid Hygiene Management Permission license under the Republic of Korea's Management of Public Health Act. The project further requires the full-time assignment of an Executive Housekeeper (EH) and Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH), both of whom must have specialized experience at a full-service hospital, valid annual hygiene training certifications, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (demonstrated by specific minimum TOEIC scores).

All offerors—whether local or international—must comply with Republic of Korea regulations regarding business operations, licensing, labor, taxation, and immigration. Notably, U.S. offerors must be able to obtain and demonstrate the necessary authorizations under the ROK–US Status of Forces Agreement. The procurement is open to competition under NAICS code 561720, with an annual size standard of $22 million.
