Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A Texas-based entity is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive technology solution for processing residential homestead exemption applications. The services required include the development and deployment of an electronic pre-approval and intake system, with the optional addition of a mobile application to facilitate application submission and enable property owners to track their application status. The solution should integrate smoothly with pre-existing systems, improve the efficiency of exemption processing, and offer scalability for future requirements and upgrades.
Vendors must provide a secure cloud-based platform that allows for electronic submission of exemption applications and supporting documents, employs technology to review and pre-screen applications, and reliably identifies eligible exemptions. The solution is expected to adhere to industry best practices for data protection and cybersecurity, including features such as encryption and multi-factor authentication. Deliverables include options for property owner correspondence, documented procedures, integration and support, reporting capabilities, meetings, and thorough training and knowledge transfer. The contract period for the selected solution will be two years.
