Homeless Outreach Services

Vendors are sought to provide comprehensive homeless outreach services aimed at assisting unsheltered individuals and families in California. The scope of work includes activities necessary to locate, identify, and build trusting relationships with people living in unsheltered environments. Through one-on-one engagements or regularly scheduled outreach events in high-need areas, vendors will connect vulnerable populations with immediate support, interventions, and links to homeless assistance and mainstream social services, including housing programs.

Outreach services may involve travel by outreach workers, social workers, medical professionals, or other qualified service providers to directly serve those in need. Vendors will also be responsible for supplying and distributing essential items such as food, hygiene products, clothing, blankets, and water. These provisions are intended to offer immediate relief and encourage future participation in available services. Community partnership and collaboration are integral components of the outreach activities.
