DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide technical assistance and support services for its Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), a local IT system used by area agencies to collect client-level data and information on housing and services delivered to the homeless and those at risk of homelessness. Services will include creating custom reports, screening tools, demographic and agency information functions within HMIS as requested, and advising the agency of any new HUD requirements for HMIS, Coordinated Entry Systems (CES), and Continuum of Care (CoC) or related systems.

The selected firm will be responsible for completing the required annual Longitudinal System Analysis (LSA) report for HUD, assisting in the preparation of the Point in Time Survey and Housing Inventory Chart, and, as needed, helping present HMIS-generated information to the CoC Board, general membership, and other stakeholders. Additional duties include training CoC staff to use Qlik, Stella P, and other reporting tools to deliver real-time data to stakeholders, as well as performing system administration and technical assistance for Well Sky Human Services software and Qlik reporting software for all participating agencies.

This contract will be awarded for a one-year period. All questions regarding the RFP must be received by April 20, 2026.
