The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to administer and integrate data for a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). The selected provider will be responsible for delivering, hosting, and maintaining the HMIS platform. Key components of the project include migrating and converting data to a new application, validating data integrity, and executing quality assurance measures.
The vendor must implement robust security protocols to safeguard client confidentiality, design an intuitive interface with consistent page layouts, and provide a streamlined workflow for users. An integrated referral system with referral tracking capabilities is also required. Additionally, the vendor will offer comprehensive training and ongoing support, working in collaboration with private, nonprofit, and public homeless service providers throughout the state. All proposed solutions must address data migration, validation, quality assurance, and efficient system administration.
