DESCRIPTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, is seeking preventative maintenance and repair services for Hologic imaging equipment at the New York Harbor Healthcare System in both Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses. The contract is intended to be awarded to Hologic Sales and Service, LLC, the original equipment manufacturer and sole authorized provider for all maintenance and support services.
The contract covers a full-service maintenance agreement, including authorized and trained service engineers, necessary travel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, OEM parts, repair services, telephone and remote diagnostics, and software updates. Equipment supported includes multiple Hologic imaging systems such as the 3Dimensions 3D system, Affirm Breast Biopsy System, Akrus Chair, SecurView DX–1200, Digital CAD with license, Horizon–W and C, Insight–FD, and ATEC Sapphire 100. The period of performance is from September 15, 2026, through September 14, 2027, with the possibility of four additional option years.
Interested parties must demonstrate their capability to meet these requirements and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The opportunity is not a request for competitive quotes but allows interested, qualified parties to identify their capabilities before the stated deadline.
