This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive holiday lighting services, including supplying adequate power for displays and ensuring that all lighting functions properly throughout the season. The selected company will be responsible for regular monitoring and maintenance of lights and displays during the installation period. Installation must be completed and the lighting operational on the day before Thanksgiving. Lights will be activated during the tree lighting ceremony on the day after Thanksgiving, with early activation allowed only for necessary testing.
All decorations and lighting must be removed within two weeks after the season ends, following deactivation. The vendor is also required to remove, store, or provide new decorations at the start of each contracted holiday season. Prospective bidders must submit questions by March 19, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026.
