DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing, designing, installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lights and decorations across various city facilities and locations in Arizona. This includes buildings, trees, and surrounding grounds at city hall, gateway park, gentry park, the fire station, the police station, and one water tank site.
Decorations are to be installed annually for approximately six weeks, starting in late November. The service should ensure a cohesive holiday theme with coordinated colors for lighting, statues, and decorations. For 2026, vendors are encouraged to propose creative elements or features that enhance and commemorate the city’s 75th Anniversary celebration.
