DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive holiday decorations services. This includes supplying and installing premium commercial grade LED light strands wrapped around trees and providing all necessary exterior and outdoor-grade electrical cords for safe installation. All light strings connected to outdoor electrical cords must be secured with watertight electrical tape at the connection points to prevent circuit breaker trips during wet conditions.

In addition, the vendor will be responsible for the pick-up, installation, decorating, removal, and delivery of agency-owned decorations to storage. All services will take place within agency premises. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
