DESCRIPTION

The government authority in California is seeking vendors to provide historical preservation specialty services. This includes conducting cultural resource inventories, assessments, historical evaluations, and preparing management documents.

Services may encompass Historic Resource Evaluations (HRE), Historic Structure Reports (HSR), documentation and assessment, and obtaining Certificates of Appropriateness. Additionally, vendors will be responsible for contract documents, design consultation, construction support, and ensuring Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) throughout the projects.
