The government authority in Warrensburg, Missouri seeks a vendor to develop historic preservation design guidelines. These guidelines will safeguard the city's unique historic character and offer clear direction to historic property owners regarding the maintenance, care, and treatment of their buildings.

The selected vendor will be responsible for creating a comprehensive public outreach strategy. This includes producing both print and digital materials, such as social media graphics, newspaper advertisements, website content, and other communication tools designed to engage community members effectively. The vendor will also prepare and deliver a PowerPoint presentation and any supporting documentation for all public meetings related to the guidelines.
