DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive assessment solution tailored for identifying gifted and talented students, primarily serving as a universal screening tool for all 1st-grade students on an annual basis. The solution should also offer the capability to evaluate an additional 500 students in grades 2–5, using a research-supported, developmentally appropriate screener suitable for computer-based administration on approved devices.

The selected system must fully integrate with existing agency data workflows and support automated, secure data transfers for student information and assessment reporting. Key deliverables include computerized score reports for a variety of stakeholders, customizable communications for families, and asynchronous training modules for educators and test coordinators covering both administration and interpretation of results.

The vendor is expected to provide real-time support during designated testing windows through a help desk or dedicated contact resource. All materials, training, and technical requirements must be delivered ahead of the agency testing windows, with final data and reports provided within mutually agreed timelines. The initial contract term will be for three years.
