DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive photography services for Manchester High School for the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities include photographing all high school seniors and underclassmen for yearbook inclusion, student IDs, and various event documentation. Senior portrait package order information must be delivered by June 1, 2025, with sessions offered to all seniors from summer through December 31, 2025. Underclassman order information is required by September 1, and their photo packages and digital images should be delivered to the Yearbook Advisor by November 10th or the closest business day.

Vendors must also provide a digital platform for managing and updating student records with photographs, and retain records for one year. Additional on-site photography is required for a variety of school events, including sports teams, clubs, superlatives, class pictures, homecoming, and the graduation ceremony. The vendor must be able to photograph at least 500 students per day for underclassmen portraits, schedule enough dates to accommodate all students, and provide a photo book featuring all students in grades 9-12. Event photography is expected for approximately 45 events throughout the school year.
