DESCRIPTION


The organization is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive advertising services aimed at enhancing brand awareness and supporting recruiting among high school–age demographics across the state of Delaware. The campaign will target approximately 15–16 high schools, ensuring consistent marketing exposure during high–traffic athletic events to reach students, parents, and local community members.

Key components of the campaign include digital advertising, with 20–second rotating ads displayed on indoor gymnasium scorer’s tables, along with both indoor and outdoor static banner advertisements situated in high–visibility locations. In addition, the campaign involves managing and executing public address audio announcements during select sporting events. The selected vendor will also coordinate one partnership night or similar engagement event per school, per year, to facilitate recruiting and community engagement.

The successful vendor will be responsible for the provision, placement, and removal of all advertising materials and for closely collaborating with school and recruiting personnel to maximize campaign effectiveness.
