DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Cumberland, Rhode Island is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction services for a heritage park. The scope of work includes technical services related to energy efficiency and renewable energy projects within public and private buildings associated with the park.

Vendors will be responsible for all aspects of planting soil preparation, including plant soil material acquisition, testing and analysis to ensure specification compliance, inspection and testing of subgrades, and preparation of soil mixes with quality control measures. Additionally, the contractor must create mock-ups for subgrade preparation, lawn and planter beds, as well as sand-based structural soils.
