Helix ITSM SaaS Software and Associated Administrative Services

An agency in British Columbia is seeking an authorized reseller to provide BMC Helix ITSM SaaS software license renewals and administrative services. The primary role of the selected contractor will be to facilitate the procurement and continued licensing of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS products, encompassing necessary maintenance and support services.

Key responsibilities include processing license purchases and renewals, managing invoicing and related financial documentation, and maintaining accurate records of all license transactions. The contractor will also provide required administrative reports to the province. Service level expectations consist of acknowledging inquiries related to licensing or administrative matters within two business days, supplying renewal quotations within ten business days, and resolving or escalating administrative issues within ten business days. Accurate record-keeping of all activities is required throughout the duration of the agreement.
