DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a partner to provide comprehensive health system pharmacy program services. The selected vendor will assist in the development of a private label and modular pharmacy benefit administrator model, including all aspects of claims processing. Services must include a member services call center operating 24/7/365, providing robust support for both member and provider communications, as well as member engagement tools such as a mobile or online portal and real-time pharmacy benefit check technology.
The partner will be responsible for account management and delivering comprehensive reporting and analytics support, including online tools for accessing reports and an eligibility portal. Integration with existing agency point solutions and clinical support for areas such as formulary management, utilization management, and prior authorization review are required. The contract also requires strong implementation support for a seamless rollout. The initial contract period will be for three years, and interested vendors should submit all questions by April 14, 2026.
