A health sciences institution in North Carolina is seeking information regarding the implementation of a robust software platform tailored for health sciences applications and workflows. The desired platform should support sharing, viewing, editing, versioning, and archiving large attachments such as transcripts, certifications, test scores, and admission letters. It must enable the management of separate applications for students and structured access for advisors, faculty, department chairs, and associate deans, and should feature intuitive navigation, hierarchical organization, and clear separation between admissions and clinical agreements processes.
The platform should comply with CIS security standards and offer secure cloud and mobile access, separating student submissions from internal workflows. Additional requirements include automated applicant notifications, maintenance of common data lists, flexible reporting and data analysis, handling of multiple document attachments per record, import/export functionality, integration with Microsoft 365 products, and robust historical data tracking. Optional technical and help desk support is requested, along with the ability to create, host, and manage custom internal and external forms.
Reporting and database functionality is required for tracking student application volume, program admissions, clinical contracts, externship placements, equipment requests, time-off requests, and accreditation or equity-related data. The solution must be compatible with ITS management platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Dell TechDirect, and Extron, and, if a database is needed, support Azure SQL Managed Instance.
