Health Preparedness Program with Software-as-a-Service

The requesting agency seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive health preparedness program supported by a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web-based platform. The platform will be used to register, verify, and credential healthcare professionals in anticipation of major public health or medical emergencies. It is intended to function as the Battle Born Statewide Volunteer Pool, acting as a centralized system for registering and verifying various volunteer roles, extending beyond medical professionals to include public health outreach, behavioral health support, logistics support, and community engagement.

The software solution must incorporate modules for identity verification, background checks, licensing, credentialing, accreditation, and privileging at hospitals and other medical facilities. Additionally, the system must be able to read and export data in .csv file format, ensuring data interoperability and ease of reporting.

Interested vendors must demonstrate experience in implementing robust, compliant, and user-friendly web platforms in public health settings. The selected solution will significantly improve the state's ability to mobilize and credential professionals and volunteers rapidly in response to emergency situations.
