Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority located in Washington, DC seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive health insurance services. The required coverage includes hospitalization for inpatient care at a minimum of 100% coverage, encompassing all services and supplies provided during hospital stays. This includes services administered by licensed healthcare providers, room and board (including semi-private accommodations), use of operating and recovery rooms, intensive care units, imaging, diagnostic testing, general hospital nursing, physical therapy, and prescription drugs administered during inpatient treatment.
Emergency services must also be covered at 100%, ensuring care for urgent medical situations that may result in serious disability or death without immediate treatment, such as accidents or sudden illnesses. Ambulance services require a minimum coverage of 80%.
Vendors should demonstrate experience in providing similar insurance services and the capacity to offer compliant, high-quality coverage.
