The required coverage includes hospitalization for inpatient care at a minimum of 100% coverage, encompassing all services and supplies provided during hospital stays. This includes services administered by licensed healthcare providers, room and board (including semi-private accommodations), use of operating and recovery rooms, intensive care units, imaging, diagnostic testing, general hospital nursing, physical therapy, and prescription drugs administered during inpatient treatment.
