DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Denver, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive health insurance broker services to support the Office of Human Resources. The selected broker will facilitate monthly committee meetings, assist in preparing annual meeting schedules, and develop discussion materials for these sessions.

Key responsibilities include the annual negotiation of both fully-insured and self-insured medical and dental premiums and implementing plan design changes with contracted carriers. The broker will also provide actuarial services related to self-insured health plans, undertake data analysis and modeling, produce financial reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
