DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Danville, Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive health insurance broker services. The selected broker will offer both brokerage and consulting support to facilitate and coordinate the county’s health and dental insurance programs for agency employees.
The services required include assistance with the management, strategic planning, and administration of various employee benefits programs such as self-funded group health and stop loss insurance (covering employees and their families), self-funded group dental insurance, voluntary vision and term life insurance paid by employees, as well as employer-covered basic life and accidental death/dismemberment insurance. Additionally, the broker will help manage wellness programs, health incentive accounts, health reimbursement accounts, and flexible spending accounts.
