The government authority in Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive health information technology advisory services. Key areas include remote patient monitoring, mobile care delivery, telehealth implementation in provider facilities and community-based settings, and the development of population health data infrastructure and analytical tools.
Additional required areas of expertise encompass care coordination software, systems enabling patient access to health records, health information exchange and interoperability solutions, as well as integrating artificial and augmented intelligence. The scope also covers cybersecurity and risk management measures, along with revenue cycle management and operational efficiency improvements.
