DESCRIPTION

A government authority in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for its headquarters building. The scope of work includes the replacement of all exterior doors and windows, masonry repairs, the replacement of capstones and lintels, and the installation of new exterior concrete flatwork to meet ADA egress requirements.
