SUMMARY

Statewide hazardous materials testing, demolition, and remediation services for New Mexico government agencies and public bodies.

DESCRIPTION

The State of New Mexico is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive hazardous materials testing, demolition, and remediation services. The scope of services includes statewide hazardous materials testing for air quality, asbestos, lead paint, mercury, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), radon, and water quality. These services will support all New Mexico state agencies, local public bodies, and other eligible entities.

In addition to testing, vendors will be responsible for a range of facility-related services such as miscellaneous repairs, upgrades, improvements, and new construction across various properties in the state. On-call remediation, cleanup, and restoration services are also required for sites contaminated due to unauthorized releases, abandonment, or unknown sources where no responsible party is identified.

The work will involve site assessment and characterization, hazardous waste removal, treatment, transportation, and disposal, as well as site closure and environmental remediation. Vendors will perform environmental investigations, confirmation sampling, monitoring, and reporting, in addition to land surface reclamation, stabilization, and restoration as needed throughout New Mexico.
