The Military Health System is seeking to procure HashiCorp Vault software to enhance secure secrets and encryption management within its DEVSECOPS cloud environment. This identity-based system offers comprehensive encryption services, utilizing robust authentication and authorization methods to ensure that access to sensitive secrets is both secure and auditable.
HashiCorp Vault will be implemented as part of the Development, Security, and Operations (DEVSECOPS) Community Cloud (DSOCC), a centralized hosting and agile code development platform funded by the Infrastructure Operations Division. The solution will support secure, scalable infrastructure for MHS, providing restricted access to cryptographic secrets and improving the overall security posture of cloud-based operations.
