The government authority in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive handyman services for various buildings and structures. The scope of work includes boarding and securing properties, graffiti removal, winterizing, special building maintenance such as carpentry and minor repairs, general clean-up, rubbish removal, and dumping abatement.
Additional responsibilities include removing all personal property from homes, yards, and garages—including trash, debris, furniture, appliances, and window coverings—performing touch-up cleaning, removing hazardous waste according to county disposal guidelines, and installing security measures such as hinges, hasps, and padlocks on doors. The vendor will also be responsible for boarding or securing broken windows to protect against the elements. Winterization must be clearly documented with completion dates.
